Complete the Tutor Application (online form or emailed application, depending on what’s listed on our site/posting).

Attach your resume highlighting tutoring/teaching experience, relevant coursework, certifications, and any youth mentoring or coaching work.

Include a short cover note that answers:

Which subjects/grade levels you tutor (ex: K–5 reading, middle school math, SAT/ACT, etc.)

Your tutoring style and how you build student confidence

Your weekly availability (days/times) and whether you can tutor in-person, online, or both

Provide references (professional or academic) who can speak to your reliability and ability to work with students.

Background check readiness: Be prepared to complete any required screening/background check steps (especially for roles working with minors).
What happens next
